SNY: Yankees Minor League Report - May 13, 2016

As the New York Yankees slowly creep their way toward the .500 mark, each of the organization's minor league affiliates is sitting above the plateau.

Class A - South Atlantic League - Charleston RiverDogs

Record: 20-11, 1st place, Southern Division

The RiverDogs have slowed down some since a 15-5 start. Middle infielder Hoy Jun Park has been pacing the offense batting .269 with a .356 on-base percentage and a .423 slugging percentage. Park has ripped six doubles, five triples and has six stolen bases on the season.

On the mound, big right-hander Domingo Acevado continues to mow down hitters in dominant fashion. Acevado owns a 2-1 record with a 2.43 ERA and a 0.96 WHIP in 33 1/3 innings. Acevado's control is impeccable, having walked just five batters this season while striking out 37.
